How Can We Help?
Mailbox Folders
On the left side, you will see a hierarchical list of all folders in your mailbox. Folders can be used to organize email messages by topic, sender, or any other criteria you choose.
Incoming messages usually appear in the Inbox folder, which is the first item in the folder list. There are special folders used by the system to store junk (Junk), sent (Sent) or deleted (Trash) messages, as well as saving drafts of unsent messages (Drafts). These system folders are indicated with special icons.
The number of unread messages in each folder is displayed at the right border of the folder list.
Clicking on a folder in the list will show the messages contained in that folder in the message list on the right. The currently selected folder will be highlighted in the list.
Folders with hidden subfolders are indicated with a small [>] icon, which can be clicked to expand or collapse the folder tree.
Folder Operations
In the header or footer of the folder list, clicking on the Folder actions icon will display a list of folder-related actions. Most of the actions in the menu affect the currently selected folder.
Compact
This action will compress the folder size by permanently deleting messages that have been marked for deletion.
Empty
This will trash all messages in the selected folder or permanently delete them. Be cautious when using this operation as it may not be undone.
Manage Folders
Selecting this menu item will take you to the settings section where you can manage your mailbox folders. Here, you can create, delete, rename, or reorganize your email folders.
Quota Display
If your mailbox has a maximum size limit, the quota display in the footer of the folder list indicates the current usage of available disk space. Hovering the mouse pointer over the percentage display will show the actual numbers of your quota usage.
