How Can We Help?
Sender Identities
The settings in this section allow you to control the name(s) and email address(es) that are displayed as the sender when you send email messages. Depending on the server configuration, you have the option to define multiple sender identities or simply adjust the name and other control fields.
Settings
The first section contains general properties for the selected sender identity:
Display name
This is the full name that will be displayed in the recipient’s email program when they receive your message. The Display name field is not editable. This is a restriction imposed by the server administrator to prevent users from sending emails with forged sender identity.
邮箱地址
This is the email address that will be used as the sender of email messages sent with this identity. The Email field is not editable. This is a restriction imposed by the server administrator to prevent users from sending emails with forged sender addresses.
Organization
If filled, some email programs will display the organization field when receiving messages from you. The Organization field is not editable. This is a restriction imposed by the server administrator to prevent users from sending emails with forged sender identity.
Reply-to
This is the email address that is different from the identity’s email address in order to direct recipients to send their replies to that address instead of the sender’s email address. The Reply-to field is not editable. This is a restriction imposed by the server administrator to prevent users from abuse.
Bcc
This is the email address that will receive blind copies of every message you send with this identity. The Bcc field is not editable. This is a restriction imposed by the server administrator to prevent users from abuse.
Signature
Each sender identity can have its own signature text, which will be appended to the message text when composing a new email. To configure when and how signatures are inserted, visit Settings > Preferences > Composing Messages.
Enable Signature Builder
Check this option if you primarily send formatted (HTML) messages and wish to enable formatting for your signature. The design editor will then be displayed for adjusting formatting.
