What is an Inactive Account?
An inactive account refers to a Finmail email account that has not been accessed for a period of 180 days.
In order to maintain the active status of your email account under the Free Plan, it is required to log in at least once every 180 days. Email accounts under the Pro/Paid plan, on the other hand, remain active at all times.
Once an email account becomes inactive, all of its data will be permanently erased and cannot be retrieved. Additionally, the associated email address may also be released. Any remaining funds in the payment facility will either be transferred to your wallet upon request or held until your request is received.
On the other hand, data can usually be recovered within the 1st month of the account being inactive. However, data recovery fees may apply. If you need support, please contact us at [email protected]
